Main Responsibilities 主要职责
1.Daily admin work like ticket booking, hotel reservation, car arrangement ,expenses report for business traveling, Stationery ordering and daily lunch confirm, business card ordering etc.
2.Be responsible for maintenance of office equipment & environment.
3.Visitors greeting, Conference catering assistance, Dealing with booking meeting room.
4.Provide strong support for sales campaign and activities such as sales meeting, seminar, distributor meeting, training etc., directly contact with foreigners, assistant to get a visa, and prepare Invitation letter if needed.
5.Co-operate with sales team to collect the sales data, forecast, and make statements
6.Get VAT invoices from finance and express to customers timely , accurately & invoice tracking
7.Providing personal support to department foreigner manager if needed.
8.Performing any other duties as assigned by supervisor and Department Head
1.1-2 years relevant working experience.
2.Good personality; Team working spirit, patient, honest, willing to be helpful;
3.Good written and spoken English
