职位描述及要求:
  • Responsibilities:
    •Provides direct / indirect supervision / training to subordinate team leaders and professional employees performing diverse roles.
    •Be accountable for the collection results of the department.
    •Reviews vendor payment performance, GRNI, AP debit balances and potential duplicate invoices to minimize risk exposure.
    •Acts as one of the AP escalation point from vendors and internal customers
    •Provides support, expertise and leadership to accounts payables and procure to pay processes for Europe and Americas regions.
    •Recommends and implements methods for dispute resolution
    •Recommends and implements A/P process improvements through development and execution of A/P strategy that maximizes efficiency and effectiveness.
    •Maintains positive relationships with key customers, suppliers, etc., who have a significant impact on the success of the organization.
    •Builds cross-functional relationships where persuasive skills, negotiation skills, and considerable tact are required to gain support.
    •Applies in-depth knowledge of professional standards and precedents in area of specialty.
    •Develops or assists in the development of department budgets and goals.
    •Coordinates the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results in terms of costs, methods, and employees.
    •Makes employee staffing decisions, reviews employees’ performance; coaches for improved performance and takes appropriate disciplinary action as required.
    •Interacts directly with subordinates and peer groups; interfaces with senior managers on issues related to the area of expertise.
    •Ensures satisfactory readiness on various processes for SOx and audit purposes
    •Ensure A/P reports are distributed to Celestica management on a regular basis
    Knowledge / Skills / Competencies Requirements:
    •In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial management
    •Strong knowledge of global business environment and customers'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' business.
    •Strong leadership, motivation and coaching skills
    •Good understanding integrated business applications
    •Good negotiation and problem resolution skills.
    •Good communication and presentation skills, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers/vendors.
    •Ability to use some or all of the following PC applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
    •Perform financial sensitivity analysis against all key factors and provide management with recommendations/solutions.
    •Makes recommendations based on interpretation of results.
    •Ability to drive projects and implementation of action items
    Experience / Education :
    •Degree Holder in Finance or Accounting or SCM
    •Around 10 years of relevant working experience in finance field with multinational company
    •Fluent English & Mandarin
    •Work under high pressure
    •Conscientious, result-oriented, enthusiastic and eager to learn
    •Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
    •Proficiency in MS Excel and Word. Knowledge in SAP a definite advantage
