Order receiving and checking, processing orders in ERP system.
Overseeing stock situation and working closely with production planning to ensure sufficient supply.
Monitoring sales orders and arranging shipments/deliveries.
Coordination with relevant department of HQ in Spain.
Preparing customs paperwork and other documents necessary.
3PL management and problem solving.

College or above, major in international trade or business.
2 years working experience at least in customer service/ order processing/ or import/export trading, etc.
Good communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
Active and willing to learn.
Good knowledge of MS Office
