1.Promote safety concepts, implement safety measures required by management, implement safety audits, continually improve safety hazards and ensure daily safety of operators.
2.Plan and manage production lines to meet shipping targets.
3.Track and improve daily production volume according to the target.
4.Hold regular production meetings, take actions to solve various problems.
5.Coordinate and deal with the problems encountered in production such as quality, engineering, supply chain and human resources.
6.5S management in the production area.
7.Guide and train line leaders.

1.Junior College and above.
2.At least 5 years of production management working experience in Mechanical industry.
3.Strong planning and organizational skills.
4.A certain degree of analytical problems, problem solving and decision-making ability.
6.Ability to inspire team morale.
