Responsibilities
•Work with in vivo team and lead an action of MOA investigation of ADC or immune therapeutic agents by IHC, FACS analysis.
•Understand the aim, make reasonable a hypothesis, and design/perform a series of in vitro and in vivo assays to prove the hypothesis.
•Develop new assays and train other team members.
•Analyze, explain, and summarize data; support pipeline development.

Requirements
•Ph.D with 0 industry experience.
•Have deep understanding of tumor immunology, biology of targets, signaling pathways and principle of assays.
•Sufficient hand-on experiences with various in vitro and in vivo assays.
•Candidates with early drug development are preferred.
•Good literature search and reading abilities.
•Good English skills is preferred.
