GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.The role of a Design Engineer in the technical activities of Trico Products through the development of improved products and/or the implementation of
new materials, products, ｏｒ systems.
2.Responsible for the design ａｎｄ development of new products . ａｎｄ ensure product meet both internal ａｎｄ external requirements
3.Prepare quotation packages （Bill of Material, CAD models, inquiry drawings, SOR in terms of engineering）
4.Prepare customer drawings with guidance ｆｒｏｍ　PE manager. Prepare ａｎｄ maintain internal drawings in different phases. （prototype drawing, pre-release
drawing, final release drawing）.
5.Release drawings ａｎｄ BOM internally.
6.Define product critical/significant characteristics on drawing with guidance ｆｒｏｍ　PE manager . Prepare product CC/SC list ａｎｄ have it released
internally.
7.DFMEA maintenance.
8.CAE analysis of the windscreen with specific tool （AWSD）, prepare AWSD analysis report.
9.Coordinates prototype building for DV.
10.Follow up DV test, ａｎｄ evaluate test result.
11.Engineering approval of outsourced parts ａｎｄ self-made parts through functional testing, checking material ａｎｄ dimension inspection report.
12.Evaluate proposed engineering change （product design change ａｎｄ process change）
13.Collect the full specifications of the customer ａｎｄ understand them at the very beginning of a project.
14.Prepare ａｎｄ collect the required technical documents ａｎｄ samples in order to get engineering approval. （such as sub-contractor list, material
substitute application, PV report …）. submit all these stuff to customer engineering department, then follow up the approval process at customer
side.
15.Present DV/PV report to customer.
16.If Co-design projects, lead the co-design activities between the customer ａｎｄ maybe Motor ａｎｄ Linkage partner.
17.Completes other duties as assigned by manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.Bachelor’s degree ｏｒ above, major in engineering, mechanical design/manufacturing ａｎｄ others related.
2.At least 3 years working experience in product design ｏｒ product application engineering. Automotive background experience is preferred as well.
3.Good skill ａｎｄ experience at PPAP, APQP, DFMEA, DVP etc.
4.Knowledge in rubber, mechanical ａｎｄ plastic parts, problem solving experience is a plus.
5.Good skills at CAD, CATIA ｏｒ UG.
6.Good oral ａｎｄ written English.

职责描述:
1.负责设计开发新产品，确保产品符合内部规范及外部客户的要求。
2.负责汇总客户释放的所有涉及产品部分的规范及技术资料，在报价阶段就消化解读。
3.在新项目报价阶段，负责准备成本计算所需的技术输入（BOM、3D数据、询价图纸、SOR中关于产品工程的部分）
4.负责制作维护客户图纸及项目不同阶段的内部图纸（软模或手钣样件图纸、开模图纸等等）
5.负责在公司内部释放图纸、BOM等产品工程负责的文件。
6.负责制定产品特殊特性清单。
7.负责DFMEA的制作及维护。
8.负责用TRICO专用软件（AWSD）做雨刮系统分析，并制作分析报告。
9.协调DV阶段的样品制作
10.跟进DV测试，评估实验结果。
11.对于外购件及自制件，基于材料报告、尺寸报告和性能报告，给予工程认可。
12.负责评估其他部门提报的工程变更或者偏差申请。
13.负责产品在客户端的工程认可。收集或者制作客户工程认可所需的相关资料和样品，跟踪产品在客户端的认可进度。
14.负责向客户解读DV/PV报告
15.对于协同开发的项目，主导同OE客户或者传动系统厂商之间的协同开发。
16.完成部门经理布置的其他任务
职位要求:
1.大学本科及以上学历，机械设计、机械制造相关专业。
2.熟练使用CATIA或者UG等计算机辅助设计软件。
3.在产品设计或产品应用工程领域，至少3年的工作经验。具备汽车零部件领域的从业经验，会优先考虑。
4.从事过橡胶件、塑料件或金属件，并具备问题解决能力，优先考虑。
5.英语口语、书写良好，能通过邮件、会议的形式进行交流。
