MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
1. Bachelor degree in Microbiology, Food science or a related discipline.
Special Knowledge
1. Be familiar with Hygiene & GMP.
Skill
1. Good communication skill.
2. Basic verbal English skill and good written English.
3. Familiar with Ms office, such as PowerPoint, Excel and word.

Supervise Production operators & cleaning operators to successfully clean and sanitize equipment and plant environment in an efficient and effective manner meeting or exceeding all company objectives, requirements and policies.
Regular evaluation and summary of the plant hygiene and sanitation situation.
Audits for compliance of environment and equipment cleaning / sanitation procedure.
Monitor the usage of tools, equipment and chemicals for cleaning and sanitation of the production plant.
Assist to develop training programs of hygiene control and conducts training for relevant person.
Follow supervisor to takes corrective action and preventive activities for environmental monitoring.
Successfully complete projects to improve the quality, efficiency, cost and safety of the sanitation process.
Communicate with other company departments as required in a timely and effective manner.
Responsible for maintaining sound EHS working conditions practices in the assigned areas and assuring the safetyl in the sanitization operation.
Be knowledgeable with applicable Level I and II policies, procedures and guidelines.
To ensure continuous compliance to GMP in designated areas of responsibilities.
