Job Responsibilities
1. Lead customer development product/project .
2. Responsible for TRA and development activities .
3. Lead new design, material and package to meet business/customer requirements.
4. Ensure project management following R&D phase gate.
5. Lead process experts of R&D team to achieve customer goal.
6. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Mid term work .
7. Responsible for design rule update from the success of customer products.
8. Lead QTR/QBR with customer and supplier. Long term work .
9. Development of package and technology roadmap that meet future business/customer requirements and increase the organization’s competitive position. Innovation .
10. Design new packaging methodologies to meet business/customer requirements.
11. Creative thinking and actions on new IP, new package and technology idea generation.

Job Qualifications
Education: Bachelor Degree or above
Language: Excellent oral and written skills in English or Mandarin
Experience: >5 years’ work experience including 2~3 years’ semiconductor industry experience in a high paced environment.
