职位描述及要求：
- 职位描述：
1、优先使用中国原材料研究和开发适合中国及亚洲市场的配方。
Research and develop make-up formulae suitable for the China & Asia market using preferentially Chinese raw materials.
2、保证配方符合中国国家标准。
Guarantee make-up formulae comply with china national standard.
3、保证化妆品配方符合MEP和SFDA。
Guarantee make-up formulae comply with MEP and SFDA.
4、为QC和生产部提供解决配方相关问题的支持。
Provide support to QC and Production for the solution of issues related to make-up formulae.
5、与原材料采购部门合作，寻找新的原材料来源，以降低量产成本。
Cooperate with RM Sourcing to scout new RM sources to reduce bulk cost.
6、组织和执行稳定性，相容性和其他必要的测试，以评估化妆品的适用性。
Organize and perform stability, compatibility and other tests necessary to evaluate the suitability of the cosmetic products
7、总部研发部安排的其他任务。
Other tasks assigned by HQ R&D.
任职要求Qualifications:：
1、3年以上彩妆实验室乳化类配方研发经验。
At least 3 years’ experience in make-up.
2、本科或大专学历，化学或美容专业优先。
Bachelor or college degree are ok, preferably in chemistry or cosmetology
3、了解化妆品配方和制造工艺的技术知识。
Understanding of make-up formulation and manufacturing process technical expertise
4、有与当地原材料供应商合作的意识和经验。
Awareness & experience working with local RM suppliers
5、了解流变学、美学和色彩搭配。
Understanding of rheology , aesthetic and colour matching
6、中英文流利。
Proficient in Mandarin & English
7、熟悉微软办公软件。
Familiar with Microsoft Office
