10.Prepare and negotiate sales or other product related contracts;
11.Decide on discounts, rebates, etc.;
12.Taking responsibility of recovery of accounts receivables
13.Responsible for dunning process;
14.Discuss individual complaint procedure with the customer;
15.Analyze of market development and potentials, propose ideas for improving own market position and exploitation of potentials;
16.Observe, analyze and report competitors´ marketing activities and strategies (e.g. products, personnel, processes) to support competitive benchmarking;
17.Contribute to local product management and innovation;
18.Manage day-to-day distribution channels;
19.Contribute to local marketing strategies;
1.Good knowledge of industrial additives for fiber treatment (glass fiber, carbon fiber, spinning oil, textile, tissue and etc.). This should include good understanding of requirements from downstream / end users, competition, key market players as well as entire value chain.
2.Good understanding of surfactants is a plus.
3.Strong value selling mindset and skills. Good knowledge of key account management. Strong capabilities in distributor management.
4.Good negotiation skills.
5.Good understanding of general market trends of target industries.
6.Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Textile or similar disciplines.
7.Minimum 3-5 year’s sales background in related industries.
8.Strong capability to establish, develop and maintain customer relationship (key accounts and distributors) at different levels/areas.
9.Strong teamwork spirit under matrix organization.
10.Good English language skills both writing and speaking.
11.Self-motivated, result oriented, willing to travel intensively.
