Major activities and accountabilities:
1. Safety:
• Understood HSE & Fire-fighting hazard with in his/her position and at workplace. To implement position safety responsibility strictly. • Be familiar with the safety production rules and SOPs within his/he position. Be active in participant kind of safety activities including educations and trainings, safety meeting, safe start etc.
• To report substandard conditions and behavior in safety and OH field. Be active in safety activities and safety inspections, to find and report hidden risks timely, to raise suggestions on HSEQ performance improvement such as safety production, energy saving, environmental protection etc.
• To protect and use all kinds of safety equipment. To correctly wear and use PPEs correctly.
• To understand the emergency treatment measures, to strengthen the ability on accident prevention and emergency response. Be aware of his/her rights and duties in safety production.
2. Product line management:
• Record and manage technical knowledge linked to the product range
• Manage finished good specifications according to Marketing strategy and industrial constraints
• Assist Process team and Production team to master product quality, to homologate new raw material and new packaging, ..
• Support Sales team and BD team on daily work coordinating customers’ complaints, customers’ requests, product orientation, communication with customers on product related information, custom clearance, ...
• Support R&D team on daily work coordinating definition of finished good specifications, creation of product material code, new raw material homologation, TDS creation, product orientation, ...
• Coordinate product transfer ｆｒｏｍ　other regions plants to local plants and manage product homologation
• Assist Supply chain team in the management of non performing product
3. Back up for product management and product compliance to regulation management

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1. Knowledge:
• Bachelor and above with a technical background in Polymer/Materials/Chemistry
2. Skills:
• Excellent skill of communication and stress management
• Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, rigorous
• Good level of English is a must ; French will be a plus
3.Experience:
• 1- 3 years of work experience.
• Working experience in Polymer/Materials/Chemistry in a manufacturing environment.
4. Abilities:
• Good communication.
• Able to work under stress to meet tight deadlines and handling multiple tasks.
