Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical or engineering related major
• Knowledge regarding management systems according ISO 9001, VDA 6.3, QS 9000, ISO/TS 16949
• Good negotiation skills
• Fluent in oral English
• Proficiency in the use of automotive quality tools(such as 5 tools, 7 methods)
• Experience of foreign supplier quality management is a plus
• Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Good at communication
• With high quality mindset
• Good Analytic skills
Responsibilities:
• 1. Customer complaint management and related Q-sys data maintaining.
• 2. Internal issue and compliant follow up and quality issue coordinator.
• 3. Q-sys optimization for audit and action model.
• 4. Support of internal teams and departments in case of projects and process optimization
• 5. Quality control chart (spc, ppk analysis)
• 6. Supplier Audit and supplier performance analysis and management.
• 7. Process quality control set up and following according to requirements
• 8. Searching and Implementation for improvements
• 9. Interpretation of measurement results and derive of necessary decisions
o - Control of nonconforming products (preventing unintended use and delivery)
o - Problem solving in case of nonconforming products (internal, supplier)
o - Problem solving together with production and supplier.
