Solve customer technical problems especially for bio products
2. 运用专业知识，收集和整理客户技术需求，为公司技术、产品的持续改进提供基础
Collecting and sorting customer technical requirements for providing basis for the continuous improvement of technology and products of the company
3. 为产品编撰MSDS或其他产品说明书/档案，保证共享信息的及时更新
Build the database of MSDS or files for all the products. Ensure the information on G-Drive updated in time
4. 根据客户要求，供应商产品或药典制定质量标准及分析报告
Issue specification/CoA based on customer’s specification, supplier’s provision or pharmacopeia
5. 协助销售和采购解决一些化学方面问题，例如：核实供应商提供的产品是否正确，核对供应商提供的Spec/COA是否符合药典标准，检索产品危险品信息并确认等
Provide technical support to sourcing and sales. Such as, check the correctness of provision of supplier, check the compliance of spec/CoA provided by supplier with pharmacopeia, retrieval the hazard information of products and confirm, etc.
6.对受控产品有一定的了解，遵守安全及质量相关法规及流程
Understand about Controlling products. Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to health and safety, and quality management
